This role will be responsible for supporting GoPros warehousing, inventory and logistics operation in the North America region. Scope of responsibilities include daily 3PL support, inbound logistics, cost control, inventory reconciliations and special projects. International travel may be required (10%).
What You Will Do
Act as a point of contact and escalation for GoPros US 3PLs and freight forwarding partners.
Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all inventory and logistics operational issues.
Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by performing weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations.
Ensure proper execution of the global cycle count program including proper recording of transactions, and root cause analysis
Conduct quarterly 3PL operational audits
Conduct year end physical inventory world-wide.
Ensure all system inventory transactions are correctly and accurately recorded in both GoPros system and all partner systems.
Support and research carrier shortages, overages and damage.
Support new partner onboarding
Drive process and policy improvements on global inventory and logistics.
Skills We're Stoked About
3+ years of experience
Bachelor degree preferred
Must have functional knowledge of inventory control, logistics, warehouse management, operational metrics and analysis
Strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent working relationships at various levels across the organization and with 3rd party service providers
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects successfully with a strong winning mindset to achieve stretch goals
Experience with Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel experience preferred.
Experience with multiple ERP and WMS platforms, NetSuite preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
