Were looking for a passionate, well-rounded, kickass Copy Team Project Manager to join the GoPro Creative team for the duration of a maternity leave. The Copy Team Project Manager will act as a project lead from conception through delivery, manage resources and logistics, and partner with various nternal and external teams to get the job done.
What Youll Do
Facilitate collaboration between other project managers and team leads and the copy team.
Facilitate internal and stakeholder meetings.
Task out projects for the Copy Team and assign them, working closely with the Copy Team Manager, while keeping the full range of project timelines in mind.
Help the team stay focused on projects by communicating work priorities and protecting them from external interference.
Track project progress against handoff dates.
Manage risk by proactively engaging in problem solving and contingency planning when impediments arise.
Help the team define process and workflows, and help the team excel at them.
Work closely with the Copy Team Manager, Senior Manager of Studio Programs and the Group Creative Director to ensure that projects are delivered on deadline at the highest quality possible.

Requirements
3+ years of project management experience at a relevant brand or agency.
BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience using resource/project management tools in a work environment.
Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations and conclusions.
Self-motivated and positive with strong attention to detail. A good sense of humor is a massive plus.
Must work on-site at our San Mateo, CA office.
