As a Materials Program Manager, you will be participating in managing the global supply chain of electrical commodities supplied from worldwide locations to our manufacturer. You will be working with cross-functional teams from commercial to technical aspects in bringing-up products from scratch to finish. Being a key player in the supply chain-operations team, your experience and skillset will contribute to the success of GoPro which leads you to be a part of the most epic consumer electronic product ever made in the world.
Responsibilities
Key person to communicate product forecast to supply base
Manage materials pipeline, risk buy and planning of EE components
NPI materials readiness, clear-to-build, to EOL excess mitigation
Manage the purchasing and planning process of consigned components
Validate component costs and implementation
Contract manufacturer materials management
Skills Were Stoked About
Experience with Supplier Relationship Management
Cost and Business Negotiation Skills
Ability to Problem Solve
Proficiency with Excel and Power-point presentations
Strong Communication both Written and Speaking
