The Sr. Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Analyst role has high visibility and is positioned to impact decisions made across GoPros Direct to Consumer, Product, and Marketing business units. This role will directly impact company revenue, influencing company strategy and tactics as we shift our business focus toward direct to consumer opportunities.
Manage analytics tagging of our site features through the lifecycle: requirements gathering, writing use cases, QA and sign off.
Measure, report, and strategize metrics to support growth opportunities related to the performance of our website and marketing campaigns.
Analyze behavioral web analytics data to deliver insights, identify gaps in tracking, and make recommendations for optimizations.
Build customized reports that help leadership stakeholders understand current performance measured by the metrics that matter.
Take full ownership of Analytics setup and integration with other platforms, and spearhead initiatives such as multi-touch attribution.
Proactively identify tracking details that can improve reporting capabilities and enable more advanced analysis.
Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred
5+ years experience creating digital products in a product or technical delivery role.
Deep understanding of E-Commerce business, consumer mindset, digital user experience, digital design frameworks and processes (design, research, development, etc.).
Ability to translate business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements.
Experience with Tag Management Systems (TMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platforms (DMP) is a plus.
GA360 experience is preferred.
Ability to query and analyze data with SQL, Python or R.
