For the HR/People Business Partner, were looking for someone thats passionate and that thrives in a high growth, fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities
GoPro is seeking a parental leave backfill for an HR/People Business Partner to consult, advise and coach on people and organizational needs to ensure alignment of human capital with business strategy. This position is highly consultative, influential and will require tight collaboration with other People team members and client group leaders.
Facilitate HRBP programs with supporting business units including but not limited to: Annual bonus and merit planning, annual workforce planning, talent calibration, quarterly promotion cycles and employee engagement survey
Build understanding of GoPros products, operations, strategies and goals
Provide guidance on topics such as compensation, organizational change, retention, engagement, development and performance
Provide direction/coaching on employee relations issues, feedback, mentoring and career planning
Support rollout of GoPros revised remote worker policy for the United States
Partnerwith managers to ensure they onboard, engage, leverage, scale and retain their teams
Partner with Recruiting to coach hiring managers to find the best candidates. Review and approve all offers for supported organizations
Participate on GoPros Business Partner team by providing great feedback, ideas, and suggestions
Provide perspective as needed on functional organizational health and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies along with growth and scalable success
Be a problem solver and a creative one at that
Skills Were StokedAbout
BA/BS in Business, Organizational Behavior, or other translatable area. 5-8+ years of combined experiences in Business Partner/Manager and/or HR Specialist roles
Excellent active listening skills, and a thoughtful and skilled communicator
Curiosity that drives you to the learn business quickly
Ability to facilitate discussions with ease, and deliver the full suite of HR services
Strong sense ofteam" and a desire to help build a dynamic, unique organization
Sincere passion for people
Tenacious, urgent and positive demeanor
Strong computer skills with an ability to quickly learn new tools
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
