This role will be responsible for coordinating field testing for all GoPro cameras and accessories and will be instrumental in helping to ensure the highest quality products and updates for GoPro customers. This includes early testing of pre-production features and products in order to identify and address any mechanical and firmware issues prior to public release. This person will define and implement field test requirements and drive cross-functional teams to ensure the required functionalities are available for early field testing.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer field test activities
Define field test requirements
Recruit field test participants
Represent Field Test Team in cross-functional meetings
Distribute devices under test
Drive field test bugs to resolution
Skills Were Stoked About
5+ years of professional experience
Previous project management experience
Experience in the development of consumer devices
Beta test management experience
FW/SW QA test experience
JIRA and TestRail experience
Technical writing experience
Photography/videography experience
