Diamond Supply is looking for an Apparel Production Assistant to work closely with Product Development and Production Manager on all aspects of development and production, must have product knowledge. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Create, manage, update and report on sample and production purchase orders from beginning until delivery.
- Keep suppliers accountable to shipment schedule and calendar, shipping document and commercial invoice accuracy.
- Coordinate with freight forwarder on all sample and production shipments.
- Update WIP and advise of any changes.
- Track, review and QC TOP samples and communicate approvals or issues.
- Maintain trim and raw material inventory.
