KTM North America - a subsidiary of KTM, a global leader in the off-road motorcycle competition segment and developer and producer of street as well as off-road motorcycles - has an exciting opportunity for a SALES PLANNER located in MURRIETA, CA.
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Sales Planner coordinates all administrative, planning, and analytical functions in the sales order process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains data within the OMS (order management system) and Movex by performing data entry, running reports and reviewing information. Makes production changes, transfers, swaps, moves and delivery changes within the system(s), as needed.
• Generates and processes all invoices and shipping reports. Involves obtaining information from shipping vendors and communicating data related to units shipped with various internal/external parties.
• Processes credits and corrections using information from vendors, as needed.
• Generates and processes all orders, obtains approvals from finance company and submits to shipping vendors.
• Manages Company’s unit inventory in warehouse by reconciling with shipping vendors.
• Tracks Company’s fleet use / demo bike fleet to ensure allotments for marketing, media, racing and internal staff are met.
Initiates and processes shipment of demo bikes, as required.
• Performs ad hoc reporting from various data sources.
• Collaborates with Sales team in creating product allocations for Sales programs.
Reviews inventory levels, availability and allocations needed to meet Sales objectives.
• Maintains all dealer finance terms in CIM, Main, or Movex.
• Works closely with warehouse and sales management personnel in sales transactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
