We are currently looking for full time Assistant Store Managers for our New York City and San Francisco retail locations.
- Maintain store-appearance standards while keeping the merchandise organized and the sales floor stocked
- Supports store manager with scheduling, reporting, and training
- Use Shopify point-of-sale system for processing payments, refunds, exchanges, and issuing gift cards
- Greet guests upon entering store and engage them in meaningful conversations about the brand and products
- Assist customers with finding appropriate styles and sizes
- Participate in AETHER events and initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability
- Technical fashion and/or design knowledge
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard industries, cycling, motorcycles, and active apparel a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- At least 3 years of retail experience is a must
