OTTO CAP is in search of an Inside Sales Coordinator to join the team in Ontario, CA.

JOB SUMMARY //
The primary responsibility is to process incoming custom headwear orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS //
• Act as liaison between customers, domestic and overseas vendors, and sales representatives to ensure orders/shipping deadlines are met
• Assist customers with quotes and orders through phone calls, email, and fax communication
• Enter customer order specifications onto proprietary software to include quantity, size, codes, color, etc.
• Review orders for accuracy and completion
• Inform customer of any issues or delays, and regularly update them regarding their order including production and shipping timelines
• Advise the customer in regards to logo embroidery details (stitch count, pricing, artwork, logo placement; sew outs, and status updates, etc.)
• Communicate with design team to create order specifications, tech packs, concepts, and virtual samples to present to clients
• Check inventory to make sure requested product is available
• Coordinate with Outside Sales team to meet customer needs and answer customer inquiries
• Organize order and quote data in ERP and filing system and ensure that it is updated in a timely manner
• Verify customer information is correct and up-to-date
• Anticipate problems and develop solutions in coordination with management
• Other duties as assigned
