We’re looking for a talented Account Executive, West Coast to join our Sales team at Manduka. The Account Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the West Coast business with a specific focus on driving sales and relationships with existing yoga studios customers as well as drive new account opportunities in the territory. As the lead representative for our top 100 customers in the region, the Account Executive will also execute on sales strategies and drive sell-in and sell-through to achieve sales goals. We’re seeking candidates who love to drive sales, enjoy working with customers, are solutions-oriented and have a passion for the yoga/fitness industry.

This position reports into the U.S. Wholesale Sales Director and requires 70% travel time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work collaboratively with inside sales team to achieve territory revenue growth goal via existing and new account opportunities
- Responsible for selling products and services to the (top 100) West Coast accounts by implementing approved sales strategies. Communicate with top 100 accounts on an ongoing basis regarding current and future state of business (monthly/weekly/daily)
- Maximize top 100 account opportunities for retail, studio gear and studio partnerships
- Continuously identify new account and revenue opportunities. Develop and implement sell-in strategies by account. Document sell-in process and report back relevant feedback regarding challenges and opportunities.
- Drive both seasonal product assortments as well as monthly reorder loop as driven by LTM reporting
- Follow CRM closed loop process via CRM system (NetSuite)
- Analyze sales, present line to buyer and create assortment plans
- Report actualized and forecasted sales on a monthly basis
- Prepare and analyze weekly territory recaps that include updated report on sales to goal and an overview of opportunities and challenges including any relevant and available selling reports
- Keep abreast of competitive selling information
- Provide partnership and coaching to the inside sales representative dedicated to region to achieve territory goals
- Generate seasonal marketing/sell out plans using annual calendar to define activation strategies and tactics (inbound and outbound) for top 100 customers. Track each program’s effectiveness and ensure programs evolve to meet market needs.
- Distribute marketing and product knowledge materials and track effectiveness. Provide feedback on ways we can improve materials.
