Job Description

The Faction Collective is looking for a qualified candidate to join our sales and support team in North America, working from Breckenridge, CO, or Salt Lake City, UT.

POSITION SUMMARY //
The role of the North American Fan & Partner Support (FPS) coordinator is to ensure all contact with Faction exceeds Fans’ and Partners’ expectations. As part of a small team that distributes Faction products to stores across all North America the candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the candidate to work close to and within The Faction Collective’s Sales, Support, Ecommerce and Logistics functions, reporting to the North American Sales and Operations Manager.

The role is split into 2 sections B2B and D2C, in both parts your role is to reduce friction between the customer and The Faction Collective in everything they want to do and we want them to do. You will be responsible for all FPS inside North America, although there will be significant crossover between North America and other regions.

D2C //
Ensuring we have the correct channels active for Fans (anyone that has purchased or is looking to purchase Faction products online or in-store), and making sure they are well managed and that processes are set-up correctly.

Finding out what our customers need help with, and making it easier for them (is it choosing the correct size, finding a retailer etc.).

Helping to organise and run some of our Fan demos.

B2B //
Make sure all sales support communication is to a high standard for all North American stores, and tracking these interactions. Learning and making suggestions from your conversations with stores on how to improve their experience and to help them sell more.
> Ensuring the best channels for B2B communications are up and running.
> Checking in with key accounts on a regular basis.
> Helping to ensure some Partner demos are run effectively and organised well

Job Requirements

> 2+ years experience in a customer facing outdoor industry job, ideally trade focused University degree
> Badass Excel skills (confident with lookups, sumifs, pivot tables etc)
> Fluent in English, proficiency in French or German would be a huge huge plus
> Structured, well organised and proactive working attitude, especially under pressure
> Live to ski, and knowledgeable about all things skiing
