Job Description
We are looking for a mature, hardworking individual to oversee the accounting operations for a multi-company with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven hands on Retail and Online experience in various levels of accounting. Including AR, AP, payroll processing, cash flow forecast & analysis, bank reconciliation, inventory, and support of HR Admin functions. Strong knowledge of month end closing process, development of FS, and financial reporting, monthly trend & key indicators, budgeting, and risk management/ insurance knowledge preferred.

The position will manage accounting records and is responsible for the production of on time financial reports for Senior Management, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and that they fairly and accurately reflect the company's current financial position.

Maintenance of accounting records. Oversees all accounting employee’s functions, and accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and compliance.

This position also will manage subsidiaries accounting operations and ensures their proper financial reporting, and establish financial controls based on the parent company policies & procedures.

This position needs to maintain an on-going productive relationship and compliance with CPA firm/ tax office.
Education requirement: At least a bachelor's degree in accounting and preferably a master's degree.

Skills: Good leadership skill, team player, detail oriented individual, strong numerical proficiency, excellent organization, good problem-solving skills.

General knowledge of Information Technology in developing and maintaining related to accounting applications is required. Particularly, solid knowledge of Excel, to be able to set up work sheets and maintained it in ongoing basis.

Other Skills & Requirements: Microsoft office, ERP: Full Circle, QuickBooks, and knowledge of M-pay “Payroll” preferred.
