Social Media
- Gather assets specific to each outlet and write on-brand, engaging social media captions for approval
- Schedule posts via Sprout once approved based on high engagement times
- Posting frequency:
- Instagram Stories: at least 4 slides a day
- Instagram Feed: at least 4 posts a day
- Twitter: 5-6 posts a day
- Facebook: 3 posts a day
- Tiktok: at least 3 times a week
- Reels: at least 3 times a week
- Acceptable social media content:
- Editorial (new or evergreen), lookbook, ig ecomm, UGC, flyers, BTS
- Update Instagram Highlights weekly
- Develop strategy and social schedules for project rollouts.

Customer Service
- Connect with our customer service team through Slack when you see any customer service inquiries through social.

Reporting
- Report weekly and monthly on key social metrics. We will provide the template for you.
- Compile photo and statistical assets based on top and low engagement posts
- Provide recommendations based on analytical findings

Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing in product launch promotion on each social platform
- Plan assets + copy ahead of time of pre-launch, launch, and post-launch for collaborations for licensing team approval
Assets
- Assist in strategizing ways to produce more assets for social. All must be on-brand and consistent.
- Ex: BTS videos, TikTok edited videos, gather UGC
- Work with the visual communications team to request new assets for social
- Gather references/mood boards to present to the marketing team when wanting to try a new aesthetic for our Instagram feed.
Brand
- Inform and educate the customer of our brand history and heritage
- Maintain a consistent brand voice on all marketing outlets
