We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, tenacious and proven Sales Agency or Independent Sales Representative that has an established account base, relationships with key accounts, and expertise in the sport channel – run, bike, fitness, etc.

You will be primarily representing two of our lines, Tavi Noir & Base 33. Tavi Noir is our women’s specific line of sport socks with a casual/fashion edge. Base 33 is a more masculine line marketed toward running, cross-training, weight training, etc. You will have access to sell all of our brands and products within the agreed upon channels, but the emphasis will be placing our sport product. There are several territories available, please inquire if interested.
Reports to: VP of Sales
⏵ Development and execution of a regional sales strategy to grow wholesale business with an emphasis on placing our sport specific products
⏵ Servicing current accounts to ensure growth & maintain relationships with buyers
⏵ Actively growing distribution in the territory to appropriate new dealers
⏵ Ensure adequate brand representation and in-store merchandising
⏵ Perform store clinics as necessary to educate staff on the brands and products
⏵ Work closely with our inside team to place and monitor orders and provide great customer service
⏵ Attend bi-annual sales meetings
⏵ Attend key regional and national trade shows
⏵ Provide the services of merchandising, assortment planning and advertising support
⏵ 3+ years of sales experience in the specialty outdoor, action sports, run/cycle, or sporting goods industries required
⏵ Established relationships with independent retailers, key accounts, and national accounts.
⏵ Strong analytical and communication skills are a must
⏵ Ability to travel as frequently as business needs require
⏵ Self-starter that can successfully execute sales initiatives
⏵ Valid driver’s license
