Our Sales Coordinator will play a key role in the Sales Organization – focusing on both internal sales support, data generation and analysis, as well as proactive selling, management of key sales initiatives and facilitating account, international distributor, and Sales Representative relationships.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate Sales department communication to reps, distributors, and management as required
• Coordinate and manage all sales reporting and analysis, data generation, internal sales, and sales operations
• Day to day In-House sales support, including account support, coordinating communication with reps/distributors, assisting in rep management, and sales reporting and deliberation as required
• Daily, monthly, seasonal management of Open Order Reports in order to maximize invoiced dollars - creating proactive solutions to maximize order file – identify and address credit, allocation or other issues
• Coordinate and manage seasonal sample order entry, tracking through to delivery while communicating with management, reps and distributors
• Oversee on-boarding of new reps with Customer Service
• Allocate seasonal samples and catalogs for reps and distributors
• Manage inquiries from CS and send to the appropriate channel
• Create a recap of new accounts approved (including online) for VP of Sales, regularly-assist in new account generation
• Set up and maintain current seasonal sample assortment at Roark HQ
• Allocate rep promo budgets and discount cards and monitor for sales force as required by VP of Sales
• Assist reps in coordinating in-store promotions sales contests and other retail marketing programs as required
• Assist VP Sales with Sales Meeting presentations as required
• Assist with Tradeshow planning and execution in partnership with Marketing and Sales Management as required
• Support pre-lines and product meetings, presenting to accounts when necessary, account events, line shows, sample sales etc.
• Place promo orders for reps, department, tradeshows, seeding, and other events
• Update sales department calendar with project updates, deadlines, important dates and department priorities at weekly department meeting. Assist the business Directors with planning, scheduling, and reminders
• Assistance and participation in seasonal product buys
• Management and oversight of key sales growth initiatives and programs where necessary and proactive selling
• Key Account management assistance – back end portal support, sales review and management, style management, and proactive selling
• Manage the day to day responsibilities of RepSpark (software)
• Manage and oversight International Order File
• Ability to travel and work off hours occasionally
