Job Description

Injinji Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant to join the team in San Diego, CA. The candidate is responsible for day-to-day customer service that includes, but is not limited to, processing orders and returns, answering questions regarding product information and inventory availability, handling refunds and various customer service issues as they arise.

Responsibilities //

• Effectively respond to daily wholesale and retail customer service questions via email and phone in various stages of the sales process
• Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process returns, replacements and refunds; process and track shipment claims
• Manage online product catalog offerings including product information and imagery
• Create & maintain a system for event sponsorship requests and fulfillment
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Requirements //

• 1-2 years of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects within time constraints and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company, and with retailers and consumers.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Strong ability to positively deal with adverse situations.
