Mizu is in search of a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Del Mar, CA. This role will begin in Del Mar, but we are planning on moving to Carlsbad, CA in about one month.

Mizu is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team during a period of high growth. The right candidate will be customer service oriented, energetic, organized and personable; will be a great multi-tasker and comfortable working and maintaining control in a fast-paced environment. We seek qualified, driven, like-minded people that share our passion for business, adventure, a cleaner environment, a healthy lifestyle and a commitment to excellence.
Start Date // ASAP
Reports to // Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities //
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Mizu’s custom clients, retail dealer base and consumers via direct contact, phone and email
• Manage customer transactions including order entry, payment processing, credit memos
• Answer customer inquiries via email and phone
• Maintain and update customer database
• Order processing and tracking; communication with multiple warehouses
• Daily support for the North American sales teams
• Work with Marketing Department to get promo/event/trade show orders processed
• Communicate trends in customer feedback to Operations & Production departments
• Assist Operations Manager with other projects as necessary
