Responsible for North America and key International APAC region sales merchandising and go to market strategies, working closely with sales reps and distributors to ensure that strategic initiatives are being executed.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement long term growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal Mervin teams regarding key customer business trends and updates
• Establish and achieve sales goals and performance metrics for sales team, independent reps and distributors
• Manage rep and distributor feedback meetings and timely forecasts and measure and report on forecast accuracy
• Develop relationships with management team from key accounts to drive sales growth
• Manage and achieve monthly forecasts and projected sales for key accounts
• Ensure retail partners maintain optimal brand representation
• Partner with merchandising and product counterparts to address key account product needs and overall line
development
• Lead Customer Service organization and effectively manage ERP customer master database
• Manage Sales department expenses within budget goals
• Develop OEM and SMU partnerships
• Partner with Web/Ecommerce teams to meet sales objectives
• Manage Go To Market (GTM) strategy through work with Merchandising, Product and Marketing teams
• Organize and schedule all major meetings including GTM and national sales meeting and key retailer showings
