General Job Description:
At IR, we always focus on our customer. Your job will be to attract and retain customers and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and penetration in your assigned market segments. You will develop and deliver successful programs that relate to our customer’s needs. You will have a high level of engagement with our customers via tradeshows, custom presentations and extensive customer visits.
You will be demonstrating and/or discussing products with existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those products best suited to their needs. Provide assistance to new customers in setting up new accounts and providing them with samples and new dealer information.
Compensation:
Compensation will depend on the qualifications and experience of the individual hired.
Industrial Revolution offers a full benefits package. We pay 90% of the employee cost for a medical, dental, pharmacy, and optical plan. We have a 401(k) plan with employer matching and a tuition-reimbursement plan. Based on company performance, IR has paid out quarterly bonuses and hopes to continue doing so.
