We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for this hybrid-remote position.

**Please note you must be in the Dallas / Grand Prairie area and able to be in the office 3 days a week.

The Digital Marketing Manager will specialize in digital channels to analyze, strategize and design content for effective marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketer Manager will work closely with key cross functional teams to communicate directly with our community as well as launching various loyalty campaigns to spearhead our retention efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain company website including new product uploads, blog, adding new features/pages, manage customer accounts
• Work with IT to manage online inventory in company software
• Develop campaigns to increase digital sales through optimization of paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools. Monitor changes in website traffic and increases in sales
• Create and execute customer segmentation and contact strategies to drive business objectives around increased customer retention, order frequency, lifetime value, and profitability using various communication channels such as email, SMS, social media, etc.
• Identify appropriate engagement and retention metrics and develop a reporting framework to measure the success of our efforts
• Manage digital marketing advertising budget and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Savvy in brand social media trends and know how to engage followers, leverage monitoring tools for insights and align work with brand goals
• Design & build digital catalogs and brochures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing and/or 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce platform, preferably with Big Commerce, but open to other platforms
• Understanding of email standards and regulations, tech stacks, file growth, deliverability
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and offer testing principles with a track record of applying these principles to deliver incremental sales and profit
• Experience with other Digital Marketing channels a plus (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, etc.)
• Creative and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Willingness to brainstorm, create and collaborate with teammates
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with HTML & CSS
• Trade show design, build and logistic experience a plus
• Some travel may be required
