We have recently developed the world’s first ‘workboot for your hands’ in partnership with Vibram, the worldwide as the leader in high performance soles for outdoor, recreational, work and fashion footwear. Together we will leverage this technology into the sport, tactical, work and outdoor markets worldwide.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for this hybrid-remote position.

**Please note you must be in the Dallas / Grand Prairie area and able to be in the office 3 days a week.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide variety of assets across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, willing to learn and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Developing design solutions to meet marketing needs, creating a wide range of graphics and layouts based on brand guidelines
• Producing finished art using design software
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Capture and process photography
• Coordinating with outside agencies including: art services, printers, and colleagues as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or 2+ years experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• A strong eye for design aesthetic and visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Willingness to brainstorm, create and collaborate with teammates
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• A passion for learning how things work and a maker attitude is a huge plus
