Environment: Intense is a growing, high-end boutique mountain bike brand with sales all over the world. The company has ambitious growth plans for the coming years and a very driven and dynamic management team that is executing the companies’ strategy. The international sales is an important part of the growth strategy.

Summary: Position in for International Account Executive, which encompasses all markets outside of the US and includes supporting the subsidiary Intense Europe. In this capacity, you will be responsible for international sales, managing the purchases from international distributors, coordinating logistics and traveling to visit many of them to support their sales rep and dealer events.

Job Description: In your position as International Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• The creation of a 3-year business plan for each market with specific revenue and margin targets, purchasing schedules, product launch plans, event and sports marketing plans, sales and media meetings. The aggregation of these individual plans will roll-up to the company’s international goals and the company’s global revenue plan.
• Execution of the business plan including periodic international visits for meetings and events in support of achieving the goals of the business plan
• Oversight of Australian and Canadian dealer and key account network
• Working hand-in-hand with Intense Europe Sales Director to achieve goals, product launches, marketing objectives, sports marketing for the European Subsidiary
• Creation of strict targets for all international customers and tracking of same to align sales with the purchasing and delivery of product shipping to the international customers
• Delivering international pre-season programs, forecasting for these events and coordinating deliveries with the logistics manager
• Management of international customer service and warranty department to ensure that our customers are receiving the absolute best service from Intense
• Forecasting – You will contribute to the international sales forecast and budgeting by product and product sku for purchasing plans
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the achievements compared to targets and previous years performance, plans and other important data (like inventory positions of individual distributors) to the Intense management team
