Job Description
A key role of INTENSE’S multi-channel sales approach that includes both Dealer and Direct-to-Consumer, the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Sales Manager executes on the sales goals and provides coaching and leadership to the DTC team.

Ideal candidates have a college education and are knowledgeable of the bike industry, having experience with both Business-to-Business and direct-to-consumer sales platforms.

1) Provide leadership to DTC Team to achieve sales goals
2) Consumer Interaction: Ensure the effective flow of incoming / outgoing communications with customers (including Zendesk, Phone, Email, etc..)
3) Execute & Track High Level of Consumer Retention
4) Maintain High Consumer Satisfaction Rating / NPS Rating
5) Prompt Response to Consumer Inquiries (Live Chat, Phone, Email, Zendesk, etc.) / Understand and maintain goals 6) Be responsible for keeping track of hours and communicate overtime needs ahead of time

• Minimum education: Four-Year College Degree
· Minimum 5 years sales experience
· Knowledge of sales processes/procedures
· Strong team management skills
· Effective/Efficient Customer Service skills
· Strong written & verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of Netsuite, Zendesk and Shopify is preferred
· Understanding and knowledge of inventory and competitors’ products
