The RTM position is responsible for developing a retail partner network throughout the designated region of the U.S. The RTM duties require consistent and professional communication with INTENSE dealers to increase brand awareness in their stores and increase sales revenue. The RTM is responsible for representing the brand goals through news, events, product training, and technical advice.

The RTM duties include field marketing, which requires organizing demo events for retailers and/or consumers—requiring the ability to organize, the skills to clean and maintain a small demo fleet, and the enthusiasm to talk about the brand experience and sell to riders.

Skills and Abilities:

·Understanding of current/future Mountain Bike Industry.
·Self-starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
·Ability to schedule and coordinate and manage multiple projects.
·Strong work ethic, productivity, efficiency and attendance.
·High level of organization and attention to detail.
·Strong time management skills and deadline driven.
·Ability to use tact and professionalism in interpersonal communications with dealer network and direct consumers.

2019/2020 Goals:

⏵ Grow the territory to meet goals relating to retail performance--offering demos, service, sales, event presence, and customer training.

⏵ Make a professional in-store visit 6 times annually for “A” accounts, and at least 4 times annually for “B” accounts.

⏵ Communicate via phone/email with every account on a monthly basis.

⏵ Propose annual event schedule & budget. Suggest staffing as needed.

⏵ 2020 KPI’s: XX program dealers, XX revenue goal, XX margin goal.
