We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing coordinator to drive the growth of our online business including our website, marketplace channels, social media, google adwords and influencer marketing. This role is designed for a subject matter expert on the e-commerce shopping journey and content engagement. This person continuously leverages insights to improve conversation rate, AOV and customer retention acting as the leader of digital data intelligence and consumer insights within the marketing team. S/he is highly organized and has great business acumen, with demonstrated skills in leading multiple cross-functional work streams, website management, data analysis and process design.
WEB / E-COMMERCE AND CONTENT STRATEGY:
⏵ Update product information and content on the website (assist in website inventory management).
⏵ Manage website configuration & parameters (i.e. payment options, stock management).
⏵ Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising.
⏵ Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement.
⏵ Follow the master marketing calendar, containing all key events / deployment dates for editorial content, product launches and promotions, ensuring product, commerce and editorial contents are balanced and relevant.
⏵ Creates, implements and maintains a system-wide web content strategy that supports the organizations mission, vision, and values, creating an immersive user experience for website visitors that results in consistent, easy-to-maintain, engaging, mobile-friendly web content.
⏵ Manages workflows for developing, sharing, integrating, and approving content.
⏵ Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, etc.
⏵ Assists in managing social media marketing and brand-specific posts.
⏵ Develop content marketing strategies for lead generation across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and website that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales.
⏵ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
⏵ Recommend and manage digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
⏵ Create, analyze and adjust campaigns to drive sales for e-commerce and dealers.
⏵ Drive development of Shopify Plus platform to maximize effectiveness and user experience.
⏵ Partner with Art Director to develop visual marketing assets and coordinate marketing efforts between the different company assets.
⏵ Optimize lead nurture funnels through email automation.
⏵ 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce and Content Marketing.
⏵ Experience at an omni-channel brand with a high volume of complex data and/or familiar with the online and offline media landscape.
⏵ Exceptional planning, tracking and organizational abilities.
⏵ 1+ years of experience Google Analytics/Adwords.
⏵ 1+ years of experience in paid social media.
⏵ Must have hands on experience with Shopify Plus.
⏵ Social media lead generation formatting and application.
⏵ Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
⏵ 2+ years of experience with email marketing strategy and software.
⏵ Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
⏵ Photoshop experience.
⏵ HTML and CSS experience.
⏵ Photography/videography experience is a plus.
⏵ Experience in the bicycle industry or action sports is highly preferred.
⏵ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
