City Grounds (CityGrounds.com & ToposOutdoor.com), a cycling lifestyle retailer based in Huntington Beach, is seeking an energetic, talented, and creative team-player for the role of Content Marketing Specialist. This role will provide direct support to the Marketing and Merchandising Directors, and will be responsible for the creation of key digital assets and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate must bring their passion for riding to this role! Additionally, the ideal candidate must be open to new assignments and will tackle challenges with a "can do" attitude. This role may require being in front of camera, so positive energy and presence are key!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create digital assets for promotion of merchandise, including product photography, product videos, and copy-writing.
- Optimize product visibility across sales and advertising channels.
- Analyze merchandise sales trends and report key metrics and findings.
- Participate in planning of film projects, from concept to storyboard to shoot.
- Be a content contributor as an on-camera and/or voice actor; projects may include product launches, unboxings, product reviews, and promotional content.
- Assist with management of content across all channels, including website, social media, YouTube, marketing collateral, and events.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns.
- Attend events; assist with planning and logistics.
