GENERAL SUMMARY

Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator who will work directly with and report to the Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an apparel production background of a minimum of 1 year, be organized, detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and be a good team player. This position will work cross-functionally with multiple team members and with customer service and accounting teams and communicate daily with factory teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Purchase Order Data Entry – requires a keen eye for detail.
-WIP Management - tracking order status, updating status as needed
-Passing comments to factory daily on production programs
-Organizing and filing, pulling records /standards for Production Manager review as needed.
-Trim, Carton Marking, and Packing review and approvals – reviewing hang-tags, labels, UPC tickets, carton markings, etc for accuracy and layout approvals, ensuring accuracy for all packaging trims against provided trim standards.
-Ordering tickets as needed.
-Managing incoming samples, AD sample requests, logging and distributing all incoming samples to the team
-Invoice approval – checking the accuracy of invoices against provided/approved cost
-Customer submits management – putting together submits, packages, and send-outs.
-Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 3+ year in Apparel/Garment Production experience will consider sales assistant or development assistant experience as well
• Proficient in Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills including attention to detail
• Full Circle (ERP) experience a plus
• Private label experience a plus
