About the job
Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a Fit Tech to join the Men's design team. You must have experience with Men’s bottoms for this position.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for creating and maintaining blocks exclusive to each brand
2. Create and update as needed spec sheets and blocks across all factories for consistency
3. Responsible for all blocks from fit sample through production
4. Responsible for all assigned vendor communication during development stage for compliance of spec, construction, and grade to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Measure and evaluate all garments submits from fit proto sample through TOP.
6. Participate in fittings, give fit suggestions and solutions and taking detailed notes to ensure fit and quality standards are met.
7. Compile and write thorough fit comments with photos including spec updates, pattern corrections, construction improvements to effectively communicate with the factory.
8. Identify and communicate with appropriate departments for approvals and any potential production, quality or cost issues with each sample.
9. QC bulk production to ensure fit quality is met for the customer.
10. Manage Tracker on all fits with each factory and customer
Qualifications:
• 5 years Fit Tech Experience in Apparel Industry
• Mens bottoms experience a must
