GENERAL SUMMARY:
Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. This position would directly support the Account Managers which in turn support the Senior Account Executives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in preparation for all account presentations and meetings (Ex: organize merch pages, samples and sales showroom)
• Prepare and ship all samples ahead of sales appointments in an organized manner
• Drop off samples locally as needed
• Organize and maintain all samples in their corresponding closets to include steaming them on occasion
• Create and update visual merch pages as needed
• Post meeting, take photos of chosen styles on forms and prepare visual merch pages
• Open, sort and distribute all packages received on behalf of Sales
• Prepare packages (swatches, strike-offs and samples), tag all samples with the correct information, and send to customer providing Account Managers with tracking information via hyperlink
• Book travel as needed
• Assist the Account Managers with additional projects as needed
