About the job
Catalyst Creative is looking for a full-time graphic and print designer. The role is to support the creative team with print and graphic artwork for in-house brands and custom designs for our key apparel retailers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Be an industry expert in all key market trends pertaining to graphics, print, pattern, and color for young men’s casual apparel, tee’s and swimwear.
• Consistently and reliably create innovative and trend-right graphics, prints and patterns via Illustrator, Photoshop and/or hand illustration.
• Utilize your creative talents to ensure our customers have the right creative product at the right time.
• Own the creative process to make sure the final product aligns with creative direction, brand and/or customer DNA while meeting commercial objectives.
• Create accurate production files detailing artwork specs, scale, and method.
• Shop our customer’s online and brick & mortar stores to gain an intimate knowledge of their existing business so you can predict and meet their future product design needs.
• Ability to organize and present print and graphic concepts in a clear and concise manner.
