GENERAL SUMMARY
Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. This position would directly support the Account Manager which in turn supports the Senior Account Executive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in preparation for all account presentations and meetings (Ex: organize merch pages, samples, and sales showroom).
• Prepare and ship all samples ahead of sales appointments in an organized manner.
• Drop off samples locally as needed.
• Organize and maintain all samples in their corresponding closets to include steaming them on occasion.
• Create and update visual merch pages as needed.
• Post-meeting, take photos of chosen styles on forms, and prepare visual merch pages.
• Open, sort, and distribute all packages received on behalf of Sales.
• Prepare packages (swatches, strike-offs, and samples), tag all samples with the correct information, and send to the customer providing the Account Manager with tracking information via hyperlink.
• Book travel as needed.
• Process purchase orders.
• Schedule meetings as needed.
• Assist the Account Manager with additional projects as needed.
• Cross-functional communication.
