Job Description
Catalyst Creative Group is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team working with Walmart, Target and Kohl’s. This position would directly support the Account Manager and Senior Account Executive for these accounts.

• Assist in preparation of all account presentations and meetings (Ex: organize merch pages, samples and sales showroom)
• Prepare and ship all samples ahead of sales appointments in an organized manner
• Drop off samples locally as needed
• Organize and maintain all samples in their corresponding closets to include steaming them on occasion
• Create and update visual merch pages as needed
• Post meeting, take photos of chosen styles on forms and prepare visual merch pages
• Open, sort and distribute all packages received on behalf of Sales
• Prepare packages (swatches, strike-offs and samples), tag all samples with the correct information, and send to customer providing Account Manager with tracking information via hyperlink
• Book travel as needed
• Assist the Account Manager with additional projects as needed
• Self-motivated, proactive, highly focused with great follow-through skills
• Willing and able to perform many different tasks required in a fast-moving environment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an apparel wholesale environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and following through with all tasks in a timely manner
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 – 50 lbs.
