The company designs and manufactures branded and private label apparel for many of the world’s largest retailers. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Catalyst Creative Group is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Admin to work alongside our Customer Service Team. This position would service all of our accounts, including major retailers, such as Target, Walmart, and Kohl's. Candidates must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all of the below setup in our ERP system, Full Circle:
• Order Entry
• New Vendor Setup
• New Customer Setup
• New Style Setup
• EDI (including initial setup and testing)
• All customer invoicing and credit memo entry
• Support the sales team as needed (i.e. run booking, sell-through, and shipping reports)
• Inventory management and reporting
• Act as the liaison between the internal and warehouse teams
