Pura Vida is in search of an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join the team in La Jolla, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
Pura Vida Bracelets is looking for a versatile, energetic, and proactive Office Manager to support the entire office staff as well as provide Executive Assistance to both co-founders. If you’re organized, enjoy juggling many different responsibilities at once, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this is the role for you. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a focus on internal customer service are essential. You must exhibit a demonstrated ability to perform duties with a polished level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and judgement. While we expect a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity, we also embrace light-heartedness, humor, and fun in our employees. This role reports directly to the CEO and CFO and works with the entire staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
•Manage office and kitchen supplies for office staff of approximately 20 people
•Order and coordinate group lunches 3 days a week
•Manage and arrange all appointments for Management Staff
•Scheduling and booking travel including flights and hotels
•Manage inventory for small on-site store
•Provide customer service for store customers
•Provide support for Sales team and Customer Service Team
•Process outbound shipments for office staff
•Scheduling and booking all Seasonal Tradeshows for Wholesale Sales Team
•Process promotional orders for marketing team
•Publish photo reviews using the Yotpo App
•Manage backend of Shopify e-commerce platform
