Your Job:

As the Integrated Planning Excellence Lead, you will shape the future of Brooks by supporting all global transformation initiatives regarding the design and deployment of best-in-class standard and capabilities within the Integrated Planning area.

You will program manage all Integrated Planning operational excellence initiatives to ensure the delivery of results on time and in budget. You will lead strategic enterprise projects and become the subject matter expert of Sales & Operations Planning /Execution (S&OP/E) in the current deployment phase. With strong Integrated Planning expertise and project management skills, you will ensure successful transformation initiatives to support Brooks’ growth in a sustainable way.

Responsibilities:
! Be the Global Integrated Planning Expert for specific Enterprise projects from source to market (Product innovation timeline,) and lead associated Integrated Planning initiatives.
! Become the Global S&OP/E Subject Matter Expert (Train/ audit, Guide operational teams into Implementation and Continuous improvement)
! Lead Design of Strategic Enterprise project (ex: Brooks Portfolio/Assortment Optimization, a strategic project to grow in a profitable and sustainable way)
! Build and Animate Brooks community of Practice (our internal experts per function)
! Audit and analyze current state cross functionally and internally
! Design Operational Excellence Standard & Capabilities (process, people, system) with Community of Practice
! Train and guide teams into implementation
! Lead Project Management for all Global Integrated Planning Excellence initiatives (IT and non-IT related)
! Lead discovery phase, feasibility assessment, project planning, key milestone tracking
! Lead project status reporting & meetings to keep stakeholders informed, coordinate decision escalation with recommendations, & provide transparency to risks & issues that require support
! Manage risks for the duration of projects, actively track risks & work across the cross-functional project teams to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and actively performed when necessary
! Assign project responsibilities & resource requirements, enforce accountability of tasks by agreed upon deadlines
! Support Global Demand Planning and Market Supply Planning Operational Excellence leaders
! For process and people tool kits:
! On Operational Excellence Standard & Capabilities design & training
! By facilitating Business Process Mapping sessions
! For IT project:
! On RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for the identification of potential vendors
! By documenting & interpreting business & technical process requirements needed for the transformation initiatives
! On building strong business case for new system investments
! On defining & executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
! on building end-user training plan
! Be Strongly connected with Integrated Planning teams (globally and regionally) to deeply understand current business processes & needs for the future
! Maintain strong relationship with other Brooks PMO teams for best practice sharing & alignment of efforts

Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. MSCM is a plus.
! 7-10 years’ experience in supply chain including:
! 5+ years of Demand Planning and Supply Planning Operational planning experience
! with a progressive career development across an international supply chain (Management experience preferred)
! within solid experience and reference of S&OP practice
! in a Fast-Moving Consumer Good environment (Multi-channel, Complex Portfolio preferred)
! 3+ years of experience of Operational excellence: design to implementation including change management
! 3+ years of experience in Project management in Supply Chain
! Proven experience in New and complex IT system implementation from concept to implementation in Demand planning or Supply Planning
! Experience in portfolio/assortment optimization projects is preferred
! Ability to translate complex requirements & technical considerations into easily understood concepts for cross-functional audiences to make well-informed decisions
! Proven ability to communicate and influence with people at all levels, ranging from analysts to high-level executives in a matrix organization.
! Excellent problem-solving skills
! Well-developed quantitative skills with an aptitude for report-building, data mining, and interpretation
! Strong ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills across multiple geographies and cultures
! Strong computer skills, including proven mastery of Microsoft office suite
! Deep understanding of current technology tools including ERP, DRP, MRP, manufacturing scheduling and demand planning, CPFR and S&OP systems
