Your job:

The Traceability Analyst will play a key role in Brooks commitment to deepen its supply chain transparency – integral for Brooks accomplishing its People and Planet commitments. With an eagerness and passion for understanding complex and constantly changing supply chains, this role will lead Brooks’ supplier mapping and traceability program that will provide the foundation to ensuring Brooks can effectively execute key programs across responsible sourcing, sustainability, legal, and trade compliance.

With a focus on ensuring Brooks has an accurate view of its manufacturing supply chain, including the collection of complete and accurate data and understanding relationships between suppliers, you will also lead material and product traceability programs that will drive compliance to Brooks’ materials and sourcing policies and global laws and regulations. This role is part of the Corporate Responsibility team and works collaboratively with legal, trade compliance, sourcing, and product creation teams.

Your Responsibilities:
! Responsible for Brooks’ implementation and execution of a supplier management and traceability tool.
! Partner with Director, Corporate Responsibility to define the roadmap to evolve Brooks’ supplier mapping and traceability program, including relevant supplier data collection and traceability, to meet the evolving needs of key internal stakeholders.
! Responsible for the execution of supplier discovery and mapping.
! Manage the new supplier onboarding process working with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all steps of the process are complete and supplier complies with Brooks’ standards.
! Own the collection and maintenance of supplier data and pertinent information.
! Responsible for leveraging supplier mapping and data to generate reports and insight to inform other business departments.
! Responsible for executing traceability program for high-risk countries and materials, including mapping raw material origin, to drive compliance with Brooks’ material and sourcing policies and global regulations.
! Responsible for developing and executing an approach for product level traceability to meet global regulations and Brooks’ transparency vision.
! Lead efforts to visualize Brooks manufacturing supply chain.
! Own Brooks public factory list ensuring it is accurate and regularly updated to reflect Brooks manufacturing supply chain.
! Through the supplier management and traceability tool, responsible for substantiating more sustainable material claims such as recycled content to enable consumer facing messaging.

Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in corporate responsibility, sustainability, environmental studies strongly preferred.
! 3+ years’ experience in sustainability, supply chain, or relevant work, preferably within the footwear, apparel, or textile industry.
! Good understanding of footwear and apparel manufacturing supply chains.
! Experience in building supply chain maps using software tools preferred.
! Excellent quantitative analytical skills and a passion for data driven approaches.
! Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another.
! Strong project management and organizational skills.
! Ability to create strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholders including internal teams, suppliers, and any other 3rd party organizations to drive change.
! Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
! Proficient skills in MS Office suite and other data analysis and visualization programs.
! Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
