Brooks Tech Reps are the heart and soul of the brand, tasked with showcasing the Run Happy spirit to retailers and customers throughout the world. As the Tech Rep Manager, UK & IE at Brooks, you will manage and oversee a team of Tech Reps whose primary focus is on developing programs and promotions that drive the sell-thru process and create awareness and demand for the Brooks brand in our retail channels and directly with runners. Your Responsibilities:
! Manage the day-to-day activities of the UK & Ireland Tech Rep Team.
! Provide leadership to each Tech Rep within region through consistent coaching, goal development, and commitment to supporting their career development paths.
! Lead the overall field support efforts for Brooks Tech Reps through all wholesale distribution channels
! Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop seasonal plans around product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs at all accounts.
! Work with Sales management and Marketing on the success of Key Account sell-thru programs/in-store promotions; ensure that all Tech Reps are accountable for an established sell-through number for a pre-determined store base within their respective territory.
! Oversee and manage the functional briefing process from the wider business (Sales & Marketing) to ensure communication is cascaded to the Tech Rep team.
! Manage the overall Tech Rep calendar, based on business priorities and account classification.
! Onboard and develop Tech Rep team members so that they are fully equipped to educate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact regarding Brooks technology and product leadership via product seminars and clinics.
! Work with product champions and merchandisers seasonally to gain full technical knowledge and information to share with the Tech Rep team and other relevant stakeholders.
! Manage staffing logistics and communication for all events involving the Tech Rep team, including set-up, breakdown, distribution of collateral, interaction with consumers and product trial.
! Own and maintain the Tech Rep reporting process, working in collaboration with Sales & Marketing to ensure accurate and relevant information is being fed back to the business.
! Provide feedback and analysis about the effectiveness of product initiatives and sales strategies; identify new opportunities for growth within or outside the running industry.
! Contribute to the development and executions' of strategic initiatives to drive sell through at retail.
! Assist in seasonal sell into key accounts where necessary.
! Organize the Tech Reps social media activities in conjunction with Social Media lead in Marketing.
! Manage and track budgets that relate to Tech Rep team expenditures; approve weekly expense reports.

Your Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management preferred.
! 3+ years of retail experience.
! Marketing/Sales experience within the sports industry preferred.
! 1+ years experience of leading a team.
! Highly motivated and energetic with an enthusiastic attitude.
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
! Very strong presentation skills.
! Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. Works well independently, as well as within a team.
! Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another.
! Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots.”
! Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary.
! Knowledge of the biomechanics of human motion; understanding of injury prevention basics.
! Extensive travel required; able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as required.
