Your Job:

Note: This is a temporary assignment through the end of 2022.

Our goal for social media at Brooks Running is to be the #1 Brand for all who run and are active and build deep relationships with our fans through our core social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube). The Social Media Marketing Coordinator, TikTok will play a large role helping us develop best-in-class content, particularly on TikTok. You’ll come to the table with content ideas and not be able to quickly execute on them.

Responsibilities;
! Support the social media team in developing the TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
! Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.
! Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts
! Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
! Be able to go out shoot and produce your own content.
! Lo-fi video capturing and editing skills.

Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar preferred.
! Digital native: lives, eats and breaths social media, especially TikTok.
! Experience with TikTok and Instagram and knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn’t.
! Lo-fi video capturing and editing skills.
! Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
! Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable.
! Creative thinker who is always looking for new ways to interact with our audience to illustrate how we Run Happy and stay on-trend within social communities.
