Your Job:

Brooks is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead a portfolio of programs to plan and execute Brook’s vision for the future of work, across a variety of enterprise-wide initiatives that will have a direct impact on the productivity and quality of life for hundreds of employees.

As part of the evolving landscape of how employees work and to plan for how Brooks utilizes its space, the Future of Work program was developed by company leadership. The Program Manager, Strategic Space Planning isresponsible for leading and implementing the various workstreams related to Future of Work project development and will partner with leaders across the organization to define the strategic plan for Brooks footprint to align with company growth. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline and coordination within the broader Future of Work program.

The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner, and an expert at parsing disparate data sources and blueprints and excels at communicating that information in creative ways to relevant stakeholders. An ability to generate a deep understanding of how our business objectives shape our workflows and how our environment can support our teams are critical to success.

You must be an effective communicator and collaborator, capable of organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams while also working closely with senior leadership to effectively implement change. You possess the ability to influence without authority and drive decisions to consensus amongst stakeholders across the organization, acting as a role model for project and change management best practices.

Your Responsibilities:
! Collaborate with leadership to develop scope for projects, followed by project leadership through end-to-end delivery including strategy development, feasibility analysis, RFP’s, data analysis, , implementation, training, and adoption.
! Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and lead projects, process and organizational change management for Future of Work and facilities initiatives that span across the Brooks organization.
! Partner with leaders across the organization to develop plans for the effective utilization of space to meet team’s unique needs and scale with company growth.
! Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control and communicate project status.
! Leverage change management methodologies to initiate change management initiatives, driving communication, training, and adoption.
! Create and manage standard Project Management documentation for all projects/programs in flight as well as those being planned.
! Create a timeline for each new program spanning the entire program scope , including strategy, discovery, execution and measurement phases .
! Conduct feasibility analysis, adjacency studies and related analysis to inform plans to optimize work pace utilization.
! Develop strong relationships and work closely with external vendors and internal cross-functional stakeholders in order to deliver successful project/program outcomes.
! Manage all internal aspects of remodels and buildouts for our offices, ensuring that each project is scoped, staffed appropriately, and delivered on time and within budget.
! Manage comprehensive project documentation and changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Research, analyze and evaluate new and emerging technologies, practices and methodologies in support of project and program management.

Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related project and program management experience, ideally in product development.
! Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams.
! Demonstrated knowledge of project management standards and experience with portfolio and project management software (project management certifications preferred).
! Demonstrated experience in organizational change management activities within initiatives and/or projects.
! Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment and working with senior leadership and executive leadership teams.
! Experience in strategic project planning and implementation including business requirement gathering and documentation.
! Experience with Microsoft Office required.
! Smartsheet experience preferred.
! You have demonstrated consistent success across project and program management as well as organizational change management.
! You have an exceptional work ethic; being adaptable to ever-changing demands, with the ability to refocus and develop options for quick changes in projects.
