Your Job:

The Retail Marketing Coordinator is critical to our success with our retail partners. In partnership with the local Sales and Marketing team and the EMEA Retail team, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the right retail marketing plans for Brooks retail partners.

Your Responsibilities:
! Planning, presentation and activation of retail marketing plans for retailer segments (Key accounts, lighthouse customers, buying groups, SRA’s) based on the seasonal demand and sales plans for DACH based on EMEA directives.
! Development and execution of agreed retail marketing activities for key retailers (Key Accounts, lighthouse customers, Buying groups, SRAs) and standard POS programs.
! Working closely with Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Tec Rep Manager, Sales Reps, Tech Reps on POS retail marketing support and seasonal launch plans.
! Ensuring consistent and continuous visibility of the Brooks brand and products at POS (brick & mortar, online, social, PR, retail events) as well as continuous marketing support of Sales and Tec Reps to drive sell through.
! Execute project requests for in-store and digital retail.
! Plan and execute shop-in-shop concepts, in-store highlight areas or events for key retailers.
! Briefing and monitoring of external suppliers and agencies.
! Planning and execution of vendor shows or other retail-based events in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
! Travel with Sales and Marketing Management to account meetings and tradeshows for retail marketing presentations and other commitments.
! Liaise with the EMEA marketing team to meet close deadlines and ensure deliverables are met on time.
! Plan and monitor respective account marketing budgets under the direction of the Retail Marketing Manager.
! Analysis and innovative, continuous development of existing and new POS tools.
! Close collaboration with other DACH marketing departments (Online/Social, PR, Event, Design) to ensure consistent and continuous brand communication.
