Your Job:

As a Brooks Junior Recruiter, you are an integral part of the Recruiting Team. You will manage full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing of passive and nonpassive talent for specific roles. Recruiting at Brooks requires an absolute passion for hiring the best in the industry. In this role, you will: act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business partners, identify and engage with top talent, execute recruiting best practices, diversity hiring strategies, employer branding, and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:
! Execute Full Lifecycle Recruitment identifying qualified candidates using recruiting methods, sourcing, advertising, and events.
! Manage interview process including coordination of schedules, CV screening and providing candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
! Attract and hire top quality talent with a dedication to diverse hiring practices.
! Partner closely with Senior Recruiter to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a diverse pipeline of active and passive top talent through various sourcing channels, incorporating feedback into searches
! Identify, engage and develop relationships with passive talent, generate interest, and introduce candidates to the organization in a manner that is reflective of Brooks’ core values.
! Source prospective candidates based on skills, abilities, and experience and by conducting in-depth searches for current openings and to build pipeline for future openings
! Utilize sourcing/research techniques that are beyond typical application platforms such as company website, job postings and job boards.
! Develop reporting and tools to gather market intelligence, industry and company trends and research and share insights and analysis with recruiting teams, hiring managers and compensation partners. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
! Maintain metrics that measure our recruiting programs and practices. Identify trends and provide recommendations to Recruiting and HR Management.
! Actively contribute to workflow improvements that enable the team to develop best in class recruiting practices.
! Continuously grow knowledge of the talent market and develop recruiting expertise.
! Partner with HR Operations Team and HR Business Partners on actions, as appropriate, to address competitive pay gaps, including pay equity analysis work
! Provide assistance and support with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Lever, as needed.
! Provide support to projects including employer branding, ATS, diversity and other recruiting initiatives and roadmap work
! Other responsibilities as required.

Your Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field OR additional related work experience.
! 2+ years’ recruiting experience.
! International recruiting and sourcing experience desired.
! Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.
! Experience with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.
! Outstanding project management, attention to detail and collaboration skills.
! Team player: willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process with a positive attitude.
! Results-oriented person with the ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks and utilize all available resources with a high sense of urgency and self-motivation.
! Ability to work professionally and efficiently within the team and across departments.
! Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, HRIS systems including ATS systems.
! A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle.
