Your Job:

Recruiting is a critical function for the business and a key factor to our continued scale and growth. As Manager, Recruiting, you are responsible for setting the recruiting strategy alongside the Senior Manager, Recruiting, and most importantly executing against that strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring Brooks is hiring diverse top talent across all functions, at all levels. You will bring a wide range of creativity to your recruiting approach including in-depth knowledge of advanced candidate search techniques using social media, recruiting standard methodologies, and dedication to advancing diversity with hiring managers. You are also an active recruiting professional with a desire to carry a recruiting workload while leading a team of recruiters. You have a history of using data to influence change, map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, and executing consistently. You actively seek out additional venues for advertising and brand exposure. You have experience and interest sharing knowledge and experiences with peers and cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:
! Team Leadership
! Lead a recruiting team of 2-4 who align with and support specific functional business leaders areas and ensure the team's requisition load is efficiently distributed.
! Encourage, coach, and develop Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinator(s)and effectively manage the Sprint review process for your team.
! Work with HR Business Partners, Compensation team and Recruiters to innovate our recruiting service model, standard methodologies, and ensure outstanding support and direction to hiring managers.
! Maintain metrics that measure our recruiting programs and practices. Identify trends and provide recommendations to the Senior Manager of Recruiting.
! Iterate and have a point of view on metrics that measure our recruiting programs and practices.

! Strategy
! Support the Sr. Manager, Recruiting in the development, implementation, and refinement of recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent with a commitment to diverse hiring practices.
! Consult with and provide recommendations to Senior Leadership within HR, and across the organization on strategic recruiting issues, policies, practices, and programs.
! Work with business leaders across the organization to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies sought at generating candidate flow and overall recruiting goals.

! Internal & External Partnerships
! Partner with Compensation Team on actions, as appropriate, to address competitive pay gaps by providing a solid POV, data and context.
! Ensure Brooks’ recruiting branding is creative, consistent, fun and aligns with our corporate brand and a Run Happy candidate experience! Work to problem solve and improve when gaps are identified.
! Build capability of hiring managers via behavioral and competency-based interviewing coaching support.

! Recruiting
! Manage a requisition load as appropriate, and as needed. Effectively recruit qualified candidates using new and creative recruiting methods, sources, advertising, and events.
! Partner with your clients to understand their hiring needs and develop a recruitment strategy to find the best talent for their team.
! Compliance

! Be a steward of pay equity. Coach your team to do the same, and work with the Compensation team and HRBP team to uphold pay equity at Brooks.
! Support global standard methodologies, including regional legal requirements, and ensure standard recruiting methods are deployed across the organization.
! Ensure that all recruiting processes are highly effective, efficient and optimizing ATS capabilities.

Requirements:
! Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
! 7+ years’ work experience in recruiting, ideally, including global recruiting support. Ideal candidate will have direct experience recruiting in supply chain or IT/technology disciplines.
! 3+ years’ experience managing recruiters and recruiting support staff while continuing to recruit. Strong mentor with desire to coach and mentor while supporting growth and empowerment.
! Demonstrated ability to partner internally with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance and hiring teams.
! In-depth knowledge of all recruiting techniques using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, job boards, etc.) to ensure we’re reaching potential candidates in unique and creative ways.
! Advanced experience in ATS systems usage including candidate search, reports, and vendor management.
! Ultimate team player; willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process with a positive attitude
! Proven success partnering with internal clients to identify the right talent, skills and attributes and to counsel Managers when making hiring decisions.
! Excellent social skills including negotiating, influencing, problem solving and facilitation skills with experience establishing credibility and strong working relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
! Outstanding project management and collaboration skills.
! Ability to run multiple processes effectively while having outstanding attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact with all levels of leadership effectively.
! Analytical skills and reporting strongly desired.
