Your Job: The eCommerce Site Producer is responsible for helping to grow our European BrooksRunning.com business by executing back-end setup for local teams. This individual will work closely with the Site Merchandiser to ensure products are available to sell on time, in every locale. They will be responsible for localizing product information across different languages and assisting in QA of international sites. This individual will also be responsible for executing the pricing of products according to our seasonal schedules. The Site Producer will also execute on editorial calendars by authoring landing pages in the Content Management System and in Commerce Cloud for brooksrunning.com’s EMEA websites. Your Responsibilities • Create and manage site content in line with seasonal goals. • Support the Merchandising Manager to help drive our conversion and brand performance through analizing site usage and creation of A/B tests. • Assist in execution of editorial calendar across locales. Drive the collection of assets to support global launches, including translations, finding global styles, etc. • Work with eCommerce Marketing co-coordinator and inline marketing teams (central and local) to facilitate a holistic campaign look and feel across the websites. • Create personalization campaigns to help drive consumer experience, conversion and data capture. • Have a strong understanding of product information, technology, categorization and pricing, and input that information accurately across locales for all products • Work with Retail Analytics team to secure line plan and ensure product catalog assets are secured on schedule for all locales. • Understand the calendar flow for both inline and end-of-life products and maintain key deliverable dates to ensure on-time line launches and seasonal sales. • Ensure pricing is accurate for inline and past-season product across all sites by scheduling pricebooks accordingly. • Work with stakeholders on eCommerce team to ensure past-season pricing schedule is followed online across all our points of business. • Collaborate with the creative team to secure assets for ecommerce campaigns and load assets into eCommerce platform or Content Management System. • Build landing pages for BrooksRunning.com (and global teams) using Content Management System and identify/report on bugs when needed. • Perform QA/maintenance of our site to ensure all offers, landing pages, product tiles and copy are accurate. • Support eCommerce Site Merchandiser with implementation of site promotions and campaigns. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar required. • Experience working within Demandware, Magento, Hybris, or other ecommerce storefront environment. • Experience with Sitecore or other Content Management System • 1+ year(s) of experience executing online customer experiences. • Extremely task-oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS preferred • Is a problem solver. Proactively seeks creative solutions or ways to “hack” current state to achieve better UX/UI. • Experience with Google Analytics preferred • Data oriented. Uses quantitative data, hierarchical understanding, and causal thinking to find answers. • Extremely proficient in core Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. • Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results. • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community. • Embraces and lives the Brooks values!
