The Email Marketing Coordinator will be our email marketing champion for our fun loving, energetic, “work hard, play hard” Ecommerce team. Email continues to be a critical channel to our success and we are looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to help manage the day to day of email marketing. This role will own several phases of the email channel from creative brief generation to building to deployment and to optimizations. The role will manage the day to day activities to keep Brooks email marketing efforts running successfully and ensure all emails are engaging, relevant, on brand, and, of course, timely among our runners. Responsibilities: • Manage the day to day activities to sustain current email programs and launch new efforts for Brooks Running. • Build and deploy all emails in email service provider. • Maintain, edit and customize content and images for triggered, transactional, and editorial calendar emails to ensure relevant and up to date. • QA emails in key browsers across devices. • Collaborate with Brooks’ creative teams and product marketing groups to secure assets for digital marketing campaigns to hit deadlines. • Own, build, and execute email editorial calendar. • Coordinate the email creative brief process among key stakeholders to ensure on brand and meeting our brand and revenue goals. • Work with external email vendors to solve technical issues and continue to advance our email marketing program. • Develop and implement triggered emails to target customers at the right time with relevant information. • Plan and execute A/B tests to increase customer engagement and conversions. • Implement lead generation programs. • Field and prioritize all email requests from other departments and communicate details of calendar, timing, information needed, etc to those businesses. • Manage all email automatic feeds. • Partner with NA and EMEA Ecommerce teams to drive email components of global and regional campaigns. • Drive email components of global and regional campaigns including translations. • Analyze and report campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities. educate key stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing or business preferred.2+ years of related experience in email marketing and Ecommerce. • Familiarity with Bronto or other ESP required. • Strong understanding of email marketing best practice preferred. • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices preferred. • Skilled at providing creative art direction to designers and writing copy for emails per brand guidelines. • Experience in developing segmentation, automation and lead gen strategies and executing at the tactical level. • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another. • Self-starter, responsible, and able to own production level projects. • Strong customer focus/ability to anticipate and react to user needs. • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. • Creative genius that can think out of the box to build engaging email messages. • Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary. • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community. • Embraces and lives the Brooks values!
