Your Job: We are looking for an energetic and tech savvy eCommerce Marketing Coordinator to help grow our eCommerce business. This role will provide critical support for our eCommerce activities, including marketing and traffic driving channels, site product configuration and QA, reporting and troubleshooting. In addition, this site will be the primary driver of building and driving the site content calendar, working cross-functionally within the team and with regional and global partners to brief the content, manage content creation and publishing timelines, and manage translations. While this role sits within the EMEA eCommerce team, cross-functional collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team, the EMEA Creative Services team, and the Global eCommerce team will also be critical. This role requires a can-do and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and plays a key role in driving our digital brand flagship and shopping experiences. Your Responsibilities • Content Calendar Management and Execution • Work with ecommerce colleagues in EMEA and North America to build a site content plan that incorporates global, regional and ecommerce specific marketing campaigns • Write briefs for ecommerce site specific content • Drive the timelines for content creation and publication • Work with the Ecommerce Site Producer to publish marketing and other ecommerce content • Manage all translations for site, media and CRM content. • Analyze KPIs for site content and make recommended adjustments on creative, content, and user flow to improve the consumer journey • Support Ecommerce activities and functions as needed, including but not limited to: • Assist the digital media and CRM coordinator in the set up and management of paid digital traffic drivers • Assist the digital media and CRM coordinator in the planning and creation of content for CRM communications • Help to deliver impactful lead generation and conversion campaigns • Create weekly reports and provide background and commentary to share with regional and global eCommerce and Marketing teams. • Work with marketing team to ensure eCommerce and Brand work in harmony to best serve the overall company objectives. Ensure consistency with offline channels and goals. • Coordinate legal and compliance approvals for all ecommerce marketing initiatives. • Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities for increased online sales and other online marketing efforts. • eCommerce support: • Assist in updating product imagery, descriptions and categorization as needed, including seasonal line launches and Outlet updates. • Assist basic quality assurance and troubleshooting for Brooks Running websites. • Support other eCommerce team members/initiatives as directed and necessary. Your Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field. • 1-3 years of online marketing experience very helpful. • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing or customer facing communications programs. • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks. • Strong customer focus; ability to anticipate and react to user needs. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. • Ability to anticipate how a decision can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots”. • Internet/ eCommerce /social media/mobile savvy; must use the internet extensively in their daily life and be up to date on the latest trends. • Ability to work both independently and within multiple teams. • Strong computer skills required; MS Office, Google Analytics and Web based CMS tools. • Exposure to digital marketing and database marketing business practices very helpful • A passion for learning and using data to create experiences that drive greater engagement with consumers with intent to convert. • A passion for commerce/shopping trends and delivering a best-in-class user experience to our consumers. • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solid business results. • Fluency in English (absolute must), other European language skills are a plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch and/or Spanish). • Strong passion for Brooks Running; be a running enthusiast and/or practice an active lifestyle is very helpful. • Unwavering demonstration of Brooks’ corporate values: Serve people, lead thought, compete as a team, have integrity, be active, have fun!
