As the Digital Project Manager, you will join the team responsible for implementing digital experiences on the Brooks’ website in the U.S. and Europe across all devices. Your job will be to plan, budget, handle and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. You will collaborate closely with your peers on the Digital Products team, Marketing, IT, Finance, the Runner Experience team (Customer Service) and external partners. Your projects will range in scope and size and at times be technical in nature. You will have a knack for leading all types of projects with diverse people while keeping a smile on their face. You will be great at articulating and interpreting the needs of all partners and communicating out to these groups. You are passionate about the active lifestyle and are excited about working on a team that directly impacts the customer experience. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the planning, execution, and operational handoff of consumer-facing, digital projects on time and within budget. • Work with the project sponsor and partners to complete project charter outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing • Lead project execution through all project phases; from concept to closure. If project requires Agile methodologies, fill the Scrum Master role running scrum sprints in daily stand-up meetings and work coordination. • Plan and schedule project timelines and identify when each task will be performed along with task interdependencies. • Develop project team meeting cadence including organizing and leading project kick-off and project status meetings. • Conduct task break down meetings to inform and refine project plans. • Effectively handle project scope by ensuring project change request forms are completed and approved to document any changes in scope and their impact on the project budget and schedule. • Track and report on project landmarks and provide status reports as defined by Brooks' project delivery. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (including Digital Products, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Customer Service and IT) and external vendors to lead delivery of products and features. • Actively lead risk and issue management, providing risk mitigation and issues resolution throughout the project life cycle. • Regularly monitor and communicate project status to all partners. • Figure out how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to establish how results were achieved and communicate lessons learned. • Ensure all project documents are safely archived after project completion. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • 5+ years of project management experience, including 3-5+ years professional experience in the consumer-facing digital/eCommerce space. • Experience leading projects using a Project Management framework – initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. • Experience with Agile Development methods required. Certification as a Scrum Master a plus. • Excellent collaboration, listening, and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences. • Solid knowledge of Internet technology and applications. • Validated ability to pull together and communicate with diverse individuals with different goals. • Self-motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to easily work well with others. • Ability to self-direct and self-manage project work. • Confirmed ability to launch projects on time and within defined budget. • A passion for running and the active lifestyle. • International/Global ecommerce experience a plus.
