Your Job: As a Recruiter for Brooks you are responsible for hiring great people and ensuring Brooks is hiring the best and brightest talent for all functions across EMEA. You have international recruiting and sourcing experience with knowledge of current candidate search techniques, using social media and talent acquisition best practices. You play a key role in enhancing organizational performance by ensuring staffing needs are met not only with great talent but just as importantly with the best cultural fit for our organization. This is a new role within the EMEA HR Team and presents a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to build out our recruitment efforts in EMEA. Your Responsibilities: • Work with business leaders on headcount needs and talent planning to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow and meeting overall recruiting goals. • Support the US Talent team with overflow recruiting during peak times. • Write job descriptions with hiring managers and partner with our US HR Operations team on compensation decisions for new roles. • Share cross-team projects including onboarding, competency-based interview training and our EMEA Newsletter. • Align EMEA recruiting practices with the global Talent Management Team to ensure recruiting processes are highly effective, consistent, efficient and fully leverage ATS capabilities. • Manage interview process including coordination of schedules, pre-employment documents, feedback and recommendations to hiring managers when appropriate. • Screen candidates with the ability to not only assess their qualifications for a position but also gauge their fit for the hiring team and Brooks Culture. • Partner with other HR team members to innovate our recruiting service models and provide in-depth support to hiring managers. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that the onboarding process is effectively executed for all new hires. • Ensure Brooks recruiting branding is creative, consistent, fun and aligns with our corporate Marketing brand and a Run Happy candidate experience! • Other responsibilities as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years’ work experience in recruiting. Background in commercial recruitment can be a plus. • Knowledge of recruiting techniques leveraging social media (Linked In, Twitter, job boards, etc.) to ensure we’re reaching potential candidates in unique and creative ways. • Experience in ATS systems usage including candidate search and reports. • Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing, problem solving and facilitation skills with experience establishing credibility and strong working relationships at all levels across the organization. • Clear views and strategy on employer branding. • Ability to manage multiple processes effectively while having exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European language(s) are considered a plus, with a strong preference for German language capabilities. • Sensitive to cultural differences and able to effectively interact with employees and candidates in our different regions. • Positive mindset, focused on solutions and improvements • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, HRIS systems including ATS systems. • Unwavering demonstration of Brooks’ corporate values: Connect with People, Innovate for our Customer, Compete as a Team, Build Trust, Have Fun & Bring Passion, Be Active! • A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle.
