Your Job:

The Associate Supply Planner plays a key role in supporting the Supply Planning team by owning item data set-up and auditing and owning the PO execution and tracking process. In addition, this role will assist with the seasonal sample process and material planning. This position will partner closely with Logistics, Distribution Centers, International Regions, Factories, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand. This position will support the team’s shared goals to drive planning accuracy, inventory reduction, profitability, factory utilization, and delivery precision across the seasonal planning horizon.

Responsibilities:
! Own and maintain all item related data of global inventory styles and samples in in both the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Supply Planning systems. Audit inventory data in accordance with master data management policy.
! Direct cross-functional team on auditing items prior to set-up in PLM system (FLEX). Audit items set-up in FLEX and own post item set-up hindsight meeting to drive continuous improvement in data accuracy.
! Support seasonal sample process. Prepare, consolidate, place purchase orders, coordinate, receive, and ensure placement and delivery are executed in accordance with the sample schedule. Work with cross-functional team and regional partners to ensure sample calendar milestones are achieved.
! Support Supply Planners with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process and purchase order release of select styles. Weekly review of inbound product delivery schedule to validate final shipment method and troubleshoot any issues. Communicate daily with planners to understand objectives and priorities.
! Responsible for purchase order auditing process. Ensure factory provided production schedule reflects all placed purchase orders in the ERP system and partner with factories on issue resolution.
! Create and maintain size curve distribution tables at style level for production orders. Incorporate customer ordering trends through frequent review and analysis.
! Manage purchase order creation process, inclusive of breaking down system generated recommended purchase orders to the size level and entry into ERP system.
! Establish, review, and maintain pricing agreements in ERP system. Ensure the accurate assignment of applicable duty and freight for standard cost structure.
! Provide relevant information of planned sample inventories to applicable departments as necessary. Identify and inform distribution center of inactive sample inventory for destruction or outlet release.
! Support development, implementation, and organization of departmental standard operating procedures.
! Compile and summarize weekly/monthly KPI data
! Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
! Educational experience to include Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field
! 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory management preferred
! Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel required
! Strong organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and an analytical, investigative approach to problem-solving.
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
! Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
! Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
