Your Job:

Brooks is looking for a “hands-on” Senior Infor M3 Functional Systems Analyst who will be an integral part of a global IT support team responsible for supporting and administering systems used by our sales, operations and customer service teams, as well as our retailers and consumers. Your role will require you to collaborate with business teams across Brooks in support of key business processes in and around Supply Chain operations planning, procurement, demand (Customer Order) allocation & fulfillment and management. This includes designing, leading and maintaining the configuration of business processes in the ERP, that support flexible sourcing, order fulfillment and inventory management, enabling Brooks to efficiently source product and service it’s customer base. As an M3 Subject Matter Expert, you will consult on processes across other solutions such as Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, Point of Sales systems, EDI and sales channels, such as B2B and B2C. You have a deep understanding of Master Data Management (“MDM”) & Data Governance and drive adoption of MDM best practices.

At Brooks IT, our software implementation philosophy is to buy vs. build, where possible. We are on a journey to eliminate technical debt such as point-to-point integrations, M3 modifications, etc. You will partner with a team of technical resources, who are responsible for architecting enterprise-class, Infor standard integration architecture. You will provide functional input on business processes and follow best practices when collaborating on integration projects. You will champion QA best practices, when delivering solutions to our internal customers. You will mentor your teammates on inner workings of M3 processes.

Responsibilities:
! Serve as a liaison between the business teams and IT with a focus on Customer Service and Supply Chain operations and management.
! Serve as a consultant for the business teams, leveraging your Infor M3 expertise and industry experience towards continued process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
! Develop enterprise-wide integrated business processes to streamline communications and ways of working across Runner Experience and Supply Chain operations and planning teams, factories, vendors, retailers and consumers.
! Translate high-level business and user-defined requirements into system functional requirements and functional design documents.
! Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and contribute to solution architecture and design.
! Create and maintain system and operational documentation, including configuration documentation, functional specifications, user training material, business process and procedure documentation, process flows, troubleshooting/support documentation, and test scenarios and scripts.
! Manage system stability and scalability by using available tools to monitor system performance, space utilization, resource contention, etc. Research and recommend additional tools where needed.
! Perform root cause analysis on production application failures and drive necessary remediation of defects.
! Provide subject matter expertise to project teams involved in the implementation and test plans associated with complex application upgrades and implementations. Guide project teams on the impacts on other inter-related systems and process flows.
! Support an Enterprise Data Governance process by monitoring data guidelines and promoting data accuracy.
! Work with Supply Chain operations and management; and Customer Service teams to define and execute data archival and retention strategies for your application area of accountability.
! Develop and manage automated scripts to increase efficiency.
! Manage relationships with vendors providing supporting services for assigned application systems to ensure performance and deliverables adhere to contract terms.
! Follow ITIL best practices for change and incident management.
! Mentor other functional analysts actively sharing knowledge to develop in-house expertise.
! Support other technologies as required.

Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience. Additional higher education and/or technical certifications a plus!
! 8 + years of experience implementing, administering, managing and/or supporting ERP applications, preferably Infor M3, in the consumer goods industry.
! Functional knowledge of customer order allocation, fulfillment and management; and supply chain operations, planning, sourcing, logistics related business processes within Infor M3
! Ability to configure and implement new business processes and features within Infor M3
! Platforms: Some understanding and experience with iSeries, M3 Grid, Win 2012 Server
! Deep knowledge of M3 business engine database, ability to query databases such as DB2 and SQL server a must.
! Functional knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
! Knowledge and experience with project management frameworks and best practices.
! Highly developed troubleshooting skills; tenacity and hunger for finding the root cause of a problem.
! Discipline to document root cause analysis, requirements, a must.
! Business requirements elicitation skills and experience a must.
! Keen attention to detail in planning, organizing and executing tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another.
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor approach based on audience and message.
! Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills that inspire and build trust for effective working relationships across the company, including mentoring other team members in a rapidly changing environment.
! Dependable and reliable; available to provide after-hours support as needed.
