Your Job:

As Digital Media Specialist you’ll execute our digital media strategy. Your role works closely with the E-commerce team, and our media agency to deliver and manage the always on and seasonal digital media campaigns for EMEA.

Your main areas of expertise are paid search, paid social & programmatic.

As our search expert, you will execute our search strategy together with the EMEA media agency for both non-brand and brand keywords.

Within Social Media, you will be responsible for planning and aligning the media plans to the social strategy with the digital team. You will grow our social footprint and take a test & learn approach on social advertising opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

⏵ Implement media campaign strategy for marketing and ecomm ensuring we are setup for success to hit annual business targets

⏵ Align with other marketing divisions to develop digital marketing performance within the immediate team

⏵ Advise the Digital Marketing Coordinator in the interpretation and distribution of the weekly media results & act as the lead on quarterly roll ups for local marketing managers to ensure regular connection with local teams.

⏵ Develop and plan key account campaigns with our key retail partners

⏵ Build relationships with key media vendors through the lens of our marketing strategy to keep Brooks at the forefront of new media developments.

⏵ Be the key point of contact for the media agency working to implement campaign optimisations & tracking forecasts on budgets and results.

⏵ Create and manage the UTM Link to ensure onsite reporting excellence.

⏵ Lead on our dashboard platform (Datorama) in both encouraging local usage, identification & incorporation of additional use cases within the business

⏵ Create monthly digital marketing updates & develop media & digital knowledge in local markets

⏵ Lead future media projects working with our Global HQ in Seattle and local teams such as switch of website platform & dynamic creative


⏵ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.

⏵ Experience in planning and management of biddable social and search campaigns

⏵ Minimum 3+years relevant experience in paid media

⏵ Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required. Experience using native social media analytics tools (Twitter, Facebook Insights, etc.) & dashboarding solutions (e.g. Datorama)

⏵ Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision and manage shifting priorities.

⏵ Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.

⏵ Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a result oriented and goal driven mindset.

⏵ Creative and conceptual thinker.

⏵ Computer skills are necessary including: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
